CCTS is an independent agency that helps resolve complaints from individual and small business retail customers about telecommunications services.

If you have an issue or complaint about your ThreeTel service, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If you are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, CCTS may be able to assist you at no charge.
